718 Archer Avenue, Marshall, Illinois 62441 (217) 826-2341 Chief - Paul Hoggatt The Marshall Fire Department provides fire protection to residents of the Marshall Fire Protection District. The department is operated by the Fire Chief, Paul Hoggatt. Twenty five paid volunteer Fire Fighters provide fire protection services for the entire district.  The Marshall Fire Department has seven Fire Trucks which are used to respond to a wide variety of fires.
